In this model, the church retains the property and leases space for use by community partners and/or developers. These agreements could generate funds to support ongoing church operations. The church has entered into these agreements previously with ETBU’s Counseling Center and Marshall Christian Academy’s gym use. We are in a current agreement with DYB Baseball.

We’ve learned from community research that law office space is still in high demand. Office suites could be a first step under this option. Consideration to parking, how these spaces will be secured, and how they will operate on Sundays is needed.
