Youth

The purpose of 1440 Student Ministries Connection Groups at FBC is to give students a solid foundation on which to base the rest of their lives.  The junior high and high school years are commonly the most developmental and impacting in determining the course of a person's life. It is the hope of this ministry to instill solid biblical teaching and encourage students to passionately seek Jesus each minute of every day.  1440’s Connection Groups have a missional emphasis and are discussion style.  The age range is 7th through 12th grade students.  1 Corinthians 3:11 encourages believers to "build upon the foundation already set by Jesus."  The goal is to help junior high and high school students find their footing based on a relationship with Jesus Christ.  The 1440 Student Ministries Connection Groups meet in the Youth Room located in the Family Life Center and are led by outstanding youth workers.
